We’re hiring: Workforce Development & Evaluation Manager

The Center for Aging & Disability Education & Research (CADER) is hiring a Program Manager to manage our workforce development and evaluation activities.

CADER is a national leader in workforce development and provides comprehensive, skill-based online training along with evaluation of training effectiveness for health and social service professionals. As the signature research program for The Network for Professional Education at Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW),  CADER is dedicated to strengthening the workforce that provides health and long-term support and services to older adults and people with disabilities.

The core responsibilities for this position are to identify opportunities to build CADER’s workforce development capacity in the social work, aging, and disabilities communities. This includes conducting research related to trends in training and aging, customer identification, and relationship building leading to sales and/or grants. Other key responsibilities are to evaluate training program outcomes and develop final reports for training initiatives. Knowledge of best practices in training and program development and management are key skills for this position.

Candidates for this position should have a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or in Public Health (MPH) with 3-5 years of experience for consideration. Specialization in Aging and/or Disability preferred.  This full-time position is located in Boston, Massachusetts at Boston University School of Social Work.
