Lita Jackson, BSW, PN, has worked in the medical field for over 25 years, with 16 years in nursing before she transitioned to social work. As a case manager in Rochester, New York, Lita worked with older adults, as well as adults diagnosed with alcoholism, substance use disorder and mental illness, She has also worked to assist clients in obtaining affordable and supportive housing.
In addition to earning her license in practical nursing, Lita graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work. As an experienced provider in both health and social services, Lita understands the importance of documentation in medical and social work training.
