Prof. Bronwyn Keefe Recognized at BU Celebration of Teaching, Research & Scholarship
Professor Bronwyn Keefe, director of the Center for Aging & Disability Education & Research (CADER) at the Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW), was honored at the Boston University (BU) Celebration of Teaching, Research & Scholars on April 25, 2023. The reception honored BU faculty who received a national award in 2022.
Prof. Keefe was named a Tideswell Emerging Leader in Aging Scholar at the University of California San Francisco in July 2022. She was the only social worker among 16 other scholars selected. Throughout the course of the program, Prof. Keefe will work on expanding educational opportunities and building partnerships between universities and community organizations to build a workforce that can better support older adults.
