This two-year program focused on training diverse clergy in Massachusetts. It included a pilot program during the first year, where a small group of selected clergy and faith leaders reviewed the courses in the already existing CADER online Behavioral Health and Aging Certificate for their applicability to their work in their congregations. In the second year, CADER delivered this training to a wider audience of faith leaders across Massachusetts (n=50).

The New York Case Management Certificate Program trained workers at different skill and experience levels by providing basic foundational skills to new workers and enhancing the skills and providing a refresher and update to more experienced case managers.

CADER partnered with the Center on Aging at the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) and Connecticut’s Department of Social Services to provide competency-based online training that addresses the core skills, knowledge, and values needed for effective practice to staff in the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, ADRC staff, and learners from the Connecticut Community First Choice (CFC) program.
