As our Training Program Coordinator, Steve works with our learners to ensure their successful participation in our online professional education courses. He also manages and tracks monthly training reports for organizations or agencies with group enrollments, sharing learner participation and progress with training liaisons for a more successful training program. In addition to providing program technical support, Steve reviews quality assurance in the development and delivery of our curriculum programs. A graduate of Hamilton College who speaks fluent Chinese, Steve spent the past 3 years working with EF International, an educational program in China.
