All learners registered in online programs will have one year from their date of enrollment to access and complete their online course or certificate. Learners will also have one year from the enrollment date to access and complete their course content. We highly recommend that learners aim to complete their program within 9 months of enrollment.
To extend beyond the one-year mark, there will be a $100 extension fee for an additional 60 days of access. To purchase an Extension, please complete this request form.
Note: for CADER learners, completion policy is one year from date of invoice, and agencies and states often require or limit course/program completion according to deadline. Please check with your Training Lead.
