What is the best way to get help for a Network or CADER Course?

During regular business hours – Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST

  1. Complete the Learner Technical Assistance form if you have technical questions about the course.  (Please allow us 24 hours to address your request before resubmitting another request.)
  2. OR you can also contact CADER at cader@bu.edu regarding courses or certificates, and for webinars, please email thenetbu@bu.edu

After hours on weeknights, weekends, and holidays
