Alison is dedicated to spreading education and awareness of a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to eating disorders, perinatal mental health, managing depression and anxiety. She is an advocate for disseminating information to those who are just learning or experienced clinicians looking to refresh their knowledge, and incorporate a variety of treatment techniques into their trainings including CBT and DBT. In addition to her private psychotherapy practice, she enjoys teaching and leading others in professional education training in her role as adjunct professor of psychology at Stonehill College.
