Dr. Charity Ford is a therapist and a Field Educator Coordinator at Boston University School of Social Work Online Program with more than 20 years of experience in geriatrics and long term care. She has shared her expertise at conferences on caregiver support and the business of social work.  Dr. Ford consults with families looking to make the transition from nursing home care to in home care with supports, and has expertise in working with Medicare and Medicaid programs. She is also trained in the area of hoarding disorder and specializes in working with individuals who deal with obsessive compulsive disorder and addiction.  As the CEO and owner of a homeland security company and private investigative company, Dr. Ford has over 23 years of doing business with the federal government, and she is a member of Open Path Collective.
