Professional Summary
Julie Cullen completed her MSW at Boston University School of Social work in 2002, and in 2003 completed a Masters in Special Education. Her career began in a residential treatment facility for adolescent girls, where she was intensively trained in the treatment of developmental trauma and DBT. She brought these skills to a public therapeutic high school for 3 years before opening her private practice in 2013. In addition to her practice, Julie works with Bedford Pediatrics integrating behavioral health into pediatric primary care, and presents workshops through Massachusetts Partnership for Youth to school districts across the state.
