Kim is deeply committed to fostering the growth and success of individuals and small business owners. Her company delivers innovative training and development initiatives to help empower individuals and entrepreneurs to succeed. Kim has partnered with local shelters and transitional housing locations to facilitate training to the residents in the area of financial literacy and personal finance management. She also started a social service business working with several organizations and corporate entities in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex to raise more than $15 million in grants and sponsorships for these area organizations, partnering with major financial institutions and hosting events in major metropolitan cities. She is a licensed TEDx executive producer, and is passionate about sharing valuable information, and expanding on ideas of others with information to share through training. She is a recently recipient of the SBA Women in Business Champion award and a graduate of the Women’s Entrepreneurship program at Cornell University’s online program.
