Susan Schneiders, LICSW, has over 30 years experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations in a variety of settings, including inpatient, school systems, colleges, residential, and outpatient treatment. A graduate of Boston University School of Social Work, Ms. Schneiders has been a member of the McLean SouthEast Adult Psychiatric Partial Hospital Program team since 2008. In addition to her role as case manager, she has been involved in several McLean Hospital research projects. and is the recipient of McLean’s Vision of Excellence Award. Ms. Schneiders is also Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI)-trained for OCD. She continues her private therapy practice, as well as working as a life coach. Her work includes providing supervision to clinicians around best practices for treating anxiety disorders, and she also offers an intensive training and skills course for people struggling with OCD.
