Elizabeth Weimer is the lead community engagement presenter on services available for seniors in Oswego County, New York through the Oswego County Office for the Aging. She is well-versed on issues related to Dementia, Aging, Accessibility and Disability Services. She is also a Certified Age in Place Specialist through the State of New York. Elizabeth has presented on various topics relating to seniors, aging and the caregiving population.
