Evaluation Report
A major goal of Kentucky’s ADRC program is to empower individuals to make informed choices and to streamline access to long-term support. Long-term support refers to a wide range of in-home, community-based, and institutional services and programs that are designed to help both aging individuals and individuals with disabilities. In order to help achieve that goal, a commitment was made to provide workforce training and the program was developed.
