Webinars

Learn about actionable strategies for addressing these pressing issues, including implementing intergenerational programs, mindfulness practices, and fostering resilience.

Dr. Jeremy Holloway will share research-backed interventions and best practices that support social workers and caregivers in creating meaningful connections with older adults. Participants will leave with the knowledge and skills to integrate these approaches into their practice.

We’ll also address the intersection of social determinants of health, highlighting the unique challenges faced by older adults in underserved communities, and promoting culturally competent strategies for caregivers and professionals.
