Description
This forthcoming 4-course certificate program will focus on building the competencies needed to be a successful supervisor, team leader and manager in your human services organization. Learners will explore the challenges faced by leaders as they strive to work effectively in a variety of organizations, with a range of systems and a diversity of staff and volunteer responsibilities to manage.
